What Lisly does

You walk through the place with your phone and talk about it as you go. Lisly turns that video into a listing: photos taken from the footage, the features filled in, and a description written in your language. The longer version is in what happens between the walkthrough and the finished listing.

From the same walkthrough you can make social posts and emails, image and video creatives, and a website for the property. There’s an AI agent package too, which AI coworkers like Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work can use to post the listing on real estate sites for you. You can edit all of it before it goes anywhere.

Anyone selling or renting out a property. That covers agents, teams and brokers who list often, and homeowners and landlords doing it themselves. Lisly works in 174 countries and writes listings in 105 languages, right-to-left ones included. Property types follow the country you list in.

How to get it

Open get.lisly.ai. It takes you to the App Store on an iPhone and to Google Play on Android. You can also search for Lisly in either store.

Lisly Pro is $4.99 a week for 50 credits or $14.99 a month for 200 credits. One listing costs 50 credits, and you subscribe inside the app. There’s no free trial for now, but before you pay, the Discover tab shows an example listing along with the walkthrough video it was made from.

Your first listing

1. Sign in with Google or your email, or with Apple on an iPhone, and tell us whether you list for clients or for yourself.

2. Tap Create, then pick the listing type and the property type.

3. Record the walkthrough, or add videos you already have. You need at least 30 seconds in total. Talk about what the camera can’t show, like the year the house was built or when the kitchen was redone.

4. Add the location if you like, so the description can mention what’s nearby.

5. Check the country and language on the last screen, then tap Start.

Your listing is ready in minutes. Lisly sends a notification when it’s done, so you can close the app in the meantime. Then go through it and change anything you’d put differently.
