Will my listing look as good as an agent’s?
A Lisly listing is built the same way an agent’s listing is built. Lisly writes the description, pulls the photos out of your video and fills in the same property fields professionals use, so it doesn’t stand out as an amateur one. What it can’t do is price the place for you.
What if I don’t know the real estate words for things?
You don’t need any real estate vocabulary to use Lisly. Describe the place in your own words while you walk, and Lisly turns that into the terms a listing needs, like the property subtype or the features buyers search on. If it gets something wrong, you fix it in plain language in the editor.
Can I use Lisly for a rental instead of a sale?
Yes, Lisly makes listings for rentals as well as sales. You choose for sale or for rent when you start, and the listing is written for that. It’s useful between tenants: every turnover needs a fresh listing, and the place has usually changed a little since the last one.
Can I just send the listing to someone as a link?
Yes, Lisly can publish a web page for your property and you share that link anywhere. The page has the photo gallery, a map and your contact details, and you can send the link on WhatsApp or paste it into an email. You can also skip publishing and share the listing privately with one person instead.
