This Cookie Policy explains how Funi AI Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our“) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites: https://lisly.ai and its subdomains, https://go.lisly.app, and the property websites we host for our users at forsale.so, forrent.so, and rental.so (together, the “Websites“). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information generally.
Our mobile application does not use browser cookies. It uses similar technologies (SDKs and device identifiers) for analytics and crash reporting, which are described in our Privacy Policy and can be turned off in the app under Settings → Security & Privacy. Section 12 of the Privacy Policy describes that control.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide usage information to the website’s operators. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and SDKs; in this policy we call all of these “cookies.”

A property website shows the property’s location as a still map image served by us. Nothing from your browser reaches Google until you click that image. If you do, an interactive Google map opens in the page and Google sets cookies on your device, under Google’s privacy policy.

Google Analytics runs on https://lisly.ai and its subdomains; where consent is required, it runs only with your consent, as described in Section 3. The property websites and go.lisly.app do not run it.
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies on the Websites. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
3. YOUR CONSENT
Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. On https://lisly.ai and its subdomains, if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Türkiye, we show a consent banner on your first visit. No analytics cookie is set until you choose. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies there, rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link.
Everywhere else we show a short notice on your first visit instead of the consent banner, pointing you to this policy, and analytics cookies are set. You can still turn them off: Section 4 describes the browser controls and the Google Analytics opt-out, which work wherever you are.
The property websites and https://go.lisly.app are built and served differently and do not carry that banner, because they need far less: neither sets a browser cookie of its own (a property website stores your theme choice in your browser’s local storage, only if you change the setting, as the table in Section 2 shows), neither runs Google Analytics, and their page-view counting is cookieless. A property website shows the property’s location as a still map image served by us, and nothing from your browser reaches Google unless you click it to open the interactive map. The browser controls described in Section 4 apply there too.
4. HOW CAN YOU CONTROL COOKIES?
Besides the cookie banner, you can control cookies in these ways:
Browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Websites may not work.
Google Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
In the app. Analytics and crash reporting in the mobile application are controlled separately, under Settings → Security & Privacy in the app.
5. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Some browsers can send “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. No uniform standard for DNT has been adopted, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies or share it for targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and honor the signals that applicable law requires.
6. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when the cookies we use change. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by a prominent notice on https://lisly.ai.
