What roles can I give the agents on my account?
Lisly has five roles: owner, admin, manager, editor and viewer. Owners and admins run the account and the subscription. Managers can invite people and work on every listing. Editors create and edit listings. Viewers can only look. You pick the role when you invite someone, and you can change it later.
Can I share one listing with a client without giving them my whole account?
Yes, you can share a single listing by email without opening up the rest of your account. The person you send it to sees that listing and nothing else. It opens read only unless you turn on editing, and you can take the access back later. It works whether or not they already have Lisly.
Will my brokerage’s branding be on what Lisly makes?
Yes, your agent details and your brokerage or team logo go on the work Lisly produces for you. Save them in the app once and they show up on the creatives, on the property website and in the call to action at the end of your content. You can keep more than one set on the same account, so each agent signs their own listings.
I list properties in more than one country or language. How does that work?
In Lisly you open a separate account for each country and language, then switch between them without logging out. Each account keeps its own listings, members and credits, and the listing fields follow the property system of that country. Lisly writes listings in 105 languages and works in 174 countries.
