Delete your Lisly account
Lisly is an app by Funi AI Inc. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it if you can’t use the app.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you have one, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or the store will keep charging you.
Delete it in the app
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete your user and accounts and confirm. This deletes your user and every account you own. You can’t undo it.
No app? Ask us to delete it
You don’t need to reinstall Lisly. Send us a request through the contact form, with Legal & Privacy as the topic and the email address on your Lisly account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that’s your Google or Apple email. Tell us you want your account deleted, and we’ll write back to that address to confirm it’s you before we delete the account.

What happens to your data
Some data stays for a while after you delete your account, like backups and the records the law requires us to keep. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy lists what we keep and for how long.
