SUB-PROCESSORS
Last updated October 6, 2026
Funi AI Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our“) engages the third-party subprocessors listed below to provide the Lisly mobile application, our websites, the property websites we host for our users at forsale.so, forrent.so, and rental.so, and related services (together, the “Services“). A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf in connection with the Services (GDPR Article 28).
Before engaging a subprocessor, we review its security and privacy practices and put the data protection terms it offers in place: a data processing agreement where the provider makes one available, and otherwise the provider’s own published terms. Those terms include lawful transfer mechanisms where personal data leaves the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Our subprocessors engage subprocessors of their own to run their services. Each of the companies above publishes its own current list, and the links in the table lead to it or to the agreement that governs it.
Services that are not subprocessors
Apple Inc. (App Store distribution, in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple) acts as an independent data controller, not as our subprocessor.
The software behind our customer support helpdesk is self-hosted on infrastructure we control, so the company that makes it never receives your data. The cloud provider that infrastructure runs on is listed above.
Our customer messaging provider offers optional AI features that would send message content to additional providers. Those features are switched off for our account, so no message content reaches them.
Updates to this list
We update this list when we add or replace a subprocessor. To receive an email notification when this list changes, ask us through https://lisly.ai/contact.
