SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Last updated October 6, 2026
These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans, credits, billing, renewal, and cancellation work for the services of Funi AI Inc. (“Lisly,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). They are part of our Terms of Service and use the definitions in them. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. PLANS
Lisly offers a paid Pro subscription with weekly or monthly billing periods. A Pro subscription unlocks the app’s features and automatically adds credits to your account each billing period. Current plans, prices, and included credit amounts are always shown in the app before you purchase. An active Pro subscription is required to use paid features, including purchasing and using credit packs.
We do not currently offer a free trial. If we introduce one in the future, the trial terms shown at sign-up will apply.
2. CREDITS
The Services use a credit system: operations (such as creating a listing, generating a description or creative, editing a photo, or publishing a property website) consume credits. The credit cost of each operation is shown in the app.
Deduction and automatic return. Credits are deducted when an operation starts. If the operation fails for a technical reason, the credits are automatically returned to your account. They are not returned when a listing is stopped because of the video that was submitted: a video that is not a property walkthrough, or content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. When a video is not a property walkthrough, the app tells you so on the listing’s error screen. These checks are automated and can be wrong: if you think one was, contact us and we will look at it ourselves, and where the check was mistaken we return the credits. Returned credits are service credits — they are not money and are not a monetary refund.
Subscription credits. Your Pro subscription adds a set amount of credits at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that billing period; they do not roll over.
Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time, add-on credit bundles available only to accounts with an active Pro subscription. Pack credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Your subscription credits are spent first; pack credits cover only what your subscription balance cannot, and the pack closest to its expiry date is used first.
If your subscription ends before you use your pack credits. Unused pack credits are not forfeited. They stay on your account, and if you subscribe again they are there waiting, with the same balance as when your subscription ended. Because using credits requires an active Pro subscription, you will not be able to spend them until you subscribe again. The one (1) year validity period continues to run in the meantime: it is measured from the date you bought the pack, not from the time you spend subscribed. If a pack reaches the end of that period while your subscription is inactive, contact us within 30 days of subscribing again and we will restore the unused balance.
If your account is terminated for a violation. The paragraph above applies when a subscription simply ends or lapses. If your account is terminated under Section 15 of the Terms of Service for material or repeated violations, unused pack credits are forfeited, as described in the Refund Policy.
If a store refunds a purchase. If Apple or Google refunds or reverses a purchase, the credits that purchase added are removed from your account. If you had already spent some of them, the same number is taken from the rest of your balance. Doing this repeatedly to use credits without paying for them is abuse of the Services under Section 7 of the Acceptable Use Policy. None of this limits a refund, or any other remedy, the law entitles you to.
If we discontinue the Services. If we stop offering the Services, or a part of them, your credits end with them and are not refunded, except where the law where you live says otherwise — see Section 4 of the Refund Policy.
Nature of credits. As stated in the Terms of Service, credits are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use features of the Services. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires otherwise.
3. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Purchases in the app. In-app purchases are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account at confirmation of purchase, under the store’s own terms.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Cancellation is handled by the store you bought from, and each store applies its own cut-off shortly before the renewal date, so cancel as soon as you decide to and in any event before your renewal date. Your renewal date is shown in your store subscription settings. If a renewal has already started processing when you cancel, that period is still charged and your cancellation takes effect at the end of it.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, the store may retry it under its own rules; if payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled and your access to paid features will end at the end of the paid-up period.
4. CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
App Store: in your Apple ID subscription settings (https://support.apple.com/118428). Deleting the app, or your Lisly account, does not cancel the subscription.
Google Play: in your Google Play subscription settings (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Uninstalling the app, or deleting your Lisly account, does not cancel the subscription.
Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. Amounts already paid are handled under the Refund Policy — cancelling does not by itself create a right to a refund for the current period.
5. WHEN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ENDS
When your subscription ends (by cancellation, non-payment, or otherwise), your access to paid features ends at the end of the paid-up period, and unused subscription credits from the final period expire with that period. Remaining credit pack credits are handled as described in Section 2.
What happens to what you published. Paid features include publishing a property website and sharing a listing. After your paid-up period ends, and after a short grace period, those paid features are switched off: any property website you published is taken offline, and the public share links for your listings stop working. The download links for your export packages stop working as well. Your listings and their content stay in your account, and publishing again after you resubscribe restores them.
Your account, listings, and content remain subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. PRICE CHANGES
We may change subscription and credit pack prices. For subscriptions, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app before a price increase takes effect, and the new price applies from the start of the next billing period after that notice, so you can cancel before it applies. For in-app purchases, the store may additionally ask you to confirm a price increase before it takes effect; where the store requires your confirmation, the increase does not apply until you give it.
7. TAXES
In most countries the prices shown in the app include the taxes that Apple or Google collect. In some, including the United States and Canada, the store may add tax at checkout instead. Either way, the store shows the final amount before you confirm the purchase.
8. CHANGES TO THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified as described in the Terms of Service and apply to future purchases and renewals, not retroactively. The current version is always available at https://lisly.ai/subscription-terms.
